Forevermore London – Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Forevermore London. We specialise in handcrafted, bespoke, and thoughtfully curated pieces. Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Refunds

Refunds are only available for items that arrive faulty or damaged. If your order is received in this condition, please contact us at sofia@forevermorelondon.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. Your email should include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item and its original packaging

Once the fault or damage has been confirmed, we will offer a refund, repair, or replacement, in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable, unless they are faulty:

  • Personalised items

  • Made-to-order pieces

  • Specially ordered items

Certain health and personal care products (including earrings, hair accessories, and beauty items)

⚠️ Please note: If a bespoke or made-to-order item is cancelled after production has begun, we are unable to issue a refund due to the customised nature of the work.

Standard (Non-Bespoke) Items

If you have purchased a standard, non-bespoke item, you may request a return within 14 days of receipt, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • It is returned in its original packaging

  • You notify us within 14 days and return the item within a further 14 days

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty. Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected. Where applicable, refunds may be issued as store credit or a gift card, redeemable online.

Returning Your Order

To initiate a return, please email sofia@forevermorelondon.co.uk with full order details. If your purchase was made online, we will provide you with the appropriate return address.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • If a refund is approved, return postage costs may be deducted

  • For items valued over £50, we recommend using a tracked or insured delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on location.
